All the designs on this site, unless noted otherwise, are made fresh to order. They are custom-made to your specifications for hole placement, color, size, and finish. Please use the dropdown menus to choose your options. PLEASE USE CONTACT BUTTON TO SEND ANY ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT YOUR ORDER. Orders can not be completed and shipped without this information!

All items are made-to-order, unless stated as ready-to-ship.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation and shipping of your order.
*For cake toppers and party favors, please allow 3-4 wks from date of your party.
Due to heavy order volume during peak shopping seasons, orders will take longer to create and ship. They will be filled in the order that they are recieved. if you have placed a small order for 1 or 2 beads, there is a possibility that ii can be completed sooner. Please email to confirm a shipping date.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the properties of polymer clay and the handmade nature of these items there will be slight differences in color and shape. However, if you feel that your the product that you receive has been misrepresented, you may return it for a refund. Please email asap with any problems and I will work to quickly resolve any matters.

My designs are copyrighted. They may be used for fun and profit in your jewelry designs, hair accessories, etc. A credit should be given to Jelly Beads as the designer. They MAY NOT BE RESOLD on the web/ebay/craft fairs, etc. as beads under any circumstances. Please respect this copyright!
CUSTOM ORDERS
I enjoy working with customers to create what they have envisioned for their project. Please use the contact page on this site to send your custom requests.
CUSTOM ORDER GUIDELINES
During peak shopping seasons, my shop orders are prioritzed and turn-around will be longer for custom orders.
Please email a detailed description of your project and any pictures of fabric, paper, clothing, etc. that you would like to have matched.
I will typically create a sketch or sample of the design for approval. I will send a quote, and if accepted, payment will be required before I can begin work on the design.
PLEASE NOTE: Polymer clay is non-toxic and when cured, fairly durable. However, due to the size and detail of most of these pieces, they do pose a choking threat and small children should be supervised when wearing jewelry and hair accessories that have been created with polymer clay embellishments.
The cake toppers are meant for display purposes and should not be given to children to be used as toys.
